Claim the Backup key and store it securely.
Activate the Backup key in the Guardivion backend.
Revoke the Primary key to retire it.
Claim a new Primary key to replace it.
Update your backend config with the new key.
Deactivate the Backup key once traffic is stable.

Danger zone

Cancelling your org registration immediately revokes all API keys and signs out every portal user. Revoked keys can never be used again. Only Guardivion can reinstate your org, and you would then claim fresh keys.
